Reiki is a relaxation technique used in a number of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities around the country. I am guided by God and Jesus, as well as Mother Mary, and provide some feedback from them about how to best help your situation. Reiki is done clothed, and it may be combined with massage. I have been a Reiki Master since 2014. Jesus Christ himself allowed me to work directly with his healing hands. As with massage, exercise, and all things we want to work best, it is cumulative, and is most effective when received for several sessions.
