We live in a state of alertness, fight, flight or freeze, which does not allow us to rest and heal throughout the day. Bowen Therapy is a way to reset us to our natural healing and rejuvenation space, the parasympathetic nervous system.  Over the course of 3 or more sessions we will work on resetting you to your optimal healing space within your body. No mumbo-jumbo, and it is quick and effective. Clothes sessions, and may be combine with massage for a Bowsage Therapy session. (see Bowsage options below).
